I. Project Overview:

        Disabled Friends Group has established "non-manual labor in the new knowledge economy" as the fundamental orientation for disability employment. Through over 20 years of exploration, the organization has evolved from a small typing and photocopying workshop with 5 disabled individuals and 1 computer into a standardized, replicable social innovation model combining employment with accessible community living. Supported by standardized accessibility services and leveraging screen-based service sectors like internet, IoT, big data and cloud computing, its social enterprises - including Disabled Friends Software, Disabled Friends E-Commerce, Disabled Friends Smart Construction, Disabled Friends Miracle Films, and Disabled Friends Biotechnology - have achieved stable, high-quality employment for people with disabilities in high-tech fields such as software development, e-commerce, 3D design, visual effects, and life sciences.

        With incubation support from Disabled Friends Group, Disabled Friends Software obtained CMMI Level 5 certification and went public on the New Third Board, followed by Disabled Friends E-Commerce. Other incubated social enterprises like Disabled Friends Smart Construction and Disabled Friends Biotechnology have also established sustainable business models in their respective fields, creating high-tech employment opportunities for the disability community.

       To provide social enterprises with infrastructure, human resource training, project incubation, after-hours social services, and accessible work-life support. The core mission is promoting social enterprise development for disadvantaged groups through business solutions, enabling dignified mainstream integration via technology-driven employment. By creating non-manual labor opportunities in the internet economy, we realize the Chinese Dream vision of "Employing one person, bringing happiness to a family, and stabilizing a community."
