Time:2019-01-09

Project Overview

The Disabled Friends High-Tech Employment Public Welfare Training Program aims to help employment-challenged disabled university students acquire cutting-edge technological skills through a 6-month intensive training program. Participants will learn software development, BIM (Building Information Modeling), life sciences and other state-supported high-tech fields. Upon passing the program assessment, graduates will be recommended for positions in high-tech enterprises, becoming members of the high-tech employment elite. During the training period, each participant will receive a monthly living allowance of 2000 RMB/month along with comprehensive accessibility support services valued at 6000 RMB, including barrier-free dining facilities, apartment-style dormitories, accessible transportation, and tailored learning environments.

The program is built upon the core values of "Strength Perspective" and "Helping People to Help Themselves", revolutionizing traditional charity models by leveraging the unique advantages of disabled university students - their educational foundation and steadfast character. Through computer and internet+ technologies, the program provides enterprises with high-quality human resources, enabling precise high-tech employment for disabled graduates to realize the social vision of "Employing one person, bringing happiness to a family, and stabilizing a community".
