Service Project for disabled friends' dormitories

I. Project Overview:
The Disabled Friends Dormitory Service (Standardized Social Services for Persons with Disabilities) is jointly organized by Shenzhen Disabled Friends Social Work Service, Shenzhen Disabled Friends Group Holdings Co., Ltd., and Shenzhen Zheng Weining Charity Foundation, with implementation by Luohu Weining Community Service Center. The program introduces "16 International Social Service Quality Standards" to provide comprehensive standardized services. Through needs assessment and professional service design, the project delivers essential support including dining, accommodation, transportation, laundry services, and Employee Assistance Programs (EAP). Currently piloted within Disabled Friends Group, it effectively ensures barrier-free work-life integration for employees with disabilities.

III. Expected Outcomes:
The project will comprehensively address barrier-free living needs through integrated services covering dining, housing, transportation, laundry, and psychological support (EAP).
IV. Project Objectives:
Overall Goal:
This pioneering initiative demonstrates how professional accessibility support (non-corporate social responsibility) enables persons with disabilities to achieve historic breakthroughs in the knowledge economy. By establishing best practices, it aims to transform societal perceptions among government, enterprises, educational institutions, and families, ultimately revolutionizing living conditions for the disability community.
Specific Objectives:
1. Provide daily living support including meals, clothing, housing and transportation
2. Deliver outdoor activity services and barrier-free environment modifications/maintenance

1. Digital campaigns through official Weibo, WeChat, and websites
2. Media partnerships with Shenzhen-based outlets for coverage
