On August 13, 2013, Mr. Wang Xiang, Executive Chairman of Guangzhou Green Grass, visited the headquarters of Handicapped Friends with his team. Mr. Zheng Weining, Secretary General of Zheng Weining Charitable Foundation, shared his own story with Handicapped Friends and his views on social innovation with the Green Grass team. Afterwards, Mr. Wang Xiang, the Executive Chairman of Guangzhou Grass, gave an interactive session on the theme of "Individual's Positioning and Thinking in an Organization" to the young staff of Handicapped Friends and the interns of the Captain Program, inspiring them to think about their relationship with the organization, how the organization can change the individual, and what the individual can bring to the organization. After the session, everyone exchanged their contact information and expressed that they had benefited a lot from the session.
