In order to promote the "new power of charity" students exchanges, enhance the cohesion of the class, enhance the friendship between the students, and promote the development of cooperation among the students, on May 19, the Shenzhen Foundation Development Promotion Association organized the "new power of charity" students to visit each other and exchange the day. On May 19th, Shenzhen Foundation Development Promotion Association organized the "New Charity Power" trainees' exchange day. The theme of this activity is "how to support the employment of people with disabilities by foundations", and the trainees had the honor to visit and exchange with Shenzhen Zheng Weining Charity Foundation (hereinafter referred to as "Zheng Weining Charity Foundation").

All the staff of Zheng Weining Charity Foundation expressed a warm welcome to all the participants.  

In 2009, President Zheng Weining donated 90% of his personal shares in Canyou Group, 51% of his personal shares in each branch, as well as the brand value of "Canyou" and "Zheng Weining" well-known trademarks, etc., and through the special approval of the China Civil Affairs Bureau, the Shenzhen Zheng Weining Charity Foundation was established. The foundation integrates social welfare resources to create a platform, and controls the social attributes of the social enterprise group of Canyou from the legal framework to remain unchanged, and at the same time supports the standardized and professional project operation of the social organization group of Canyou, while the social organization group of Canyou provides the standardized barrier-free living community services for the disabled employees of the social enterprise group of Canyou and the social services to help promote the change of the state of living of the disadvantaged groups, and then forms a benign development of the public welfare ecological chain. Under the leadership of Mr. Hu Shengqiang, Deputy Secretary General of Shenzhen Zheng Weining Charity Foundation, we first visited the headquarters of Canyou Group, and gained an in-depth understanding of Canyou' "three-in-one" organizational structure and the complete support service system for people with disabilities. Then, Mr. Hu led the group to visit the Canyou Biotechnology Research Institute and Canyou Biological Laboratory. The Canyou Group has established a high-tech and intelligent digital twin cell factory, and achieved great scientific and technological innovations in the development of cell biology for Canyou. The Canyou Biological Laboratory, as the largest and highest specification biological laboratory in the Greater Bay Area, was built by a disabled enterprise and run by Canyou, which deeply shocked the participants. The trainees were very impressed by the active role of Canyou Group in the employment of people with disabilities.

After the visit, Mr. Yu Zifen, Secretary General of Zheng Weining Charity Foundation, introduced to the participants how the Foundation supports the employment of people with disabilities. The Foundation upholds the concept of "helping the disadvantaged and promoting shared participation", and through the integration of charitable resources, focuses on and actively explores, under the support of standardized and professional social services, the establishment of a diversified practical training platform, and promotes the disabled to achieve self-help and sustainable development of employment with the help of modern technology. The foundation's efforts have solved the employment problems of a large number of people with disabilities and achieved promising results.

During the event, Mr. Zheng Weining, President of the Foundation, received all the participants, shared the journey of the Canyou' entrepreneurship and development, and exchanged views with them on the employment of people with disabilities, and both sides exchanged their views and suggestions on public welfare and charity and the employment of people with disabilities. Mr. Zheng Weining, the president of the organization, said, "Talent mobility is the biggest loss in the development of enterprises, while the employment of people with disabilities is more focused, focusing on a certain field of work, relatively stable, and won't jump to the next job easily. For people with disabilities employment is the most important, people to get valuable and dignified, the first thing you need a stable high-value job. Participants also took this opportunity to ask Mr. Zheng about the establishment and operation of social enterprises and the care and support for people with disabilities, and Mr. Zheng responded to them one by one, and the participants said that they had gained a lot.

After the exchange, a group photo was taken. At the time of parting, Mr. Zheng Weining, President of SDF, warmly promised more exchanges and cooperation in the future. In the future, SDF will strengthen the leadership of party building, cohesion of members, continue to organize exchange activities suitable for the foundation industry, promote mutual assistance and communication in the industry, and make efforts to build a more excellent ecology of the foundation industry, and promote the high-quality development of Shenzhen foundations.
