02 Canyou Cause

   Mr. Zheng Weining founded the Canyou Business in 1997. Today, the Canyou Business owns a number of social enterprises across the country, realizing stable employment for the disabled groups in high-tech fields such as life sciences, software development, BIM consulting, etc., and has been awarded the National Gold Medal of Certified Social Enterprises.

    The development history of Canyou Cause has become the history of the social movement to change the way of life of people with disabilities, and has become a national public welfare model and a bright business card of social innovation, which has received wide attention and influence at home and abroad.

03 Zheng Wei Ning Charity Foundation

   During the program, Mr. Zheng Weining introduces the Foundation's commitment to promoting the employment and sustainable development of people with disabilities through the integration of philanthropic resources, as well as helping ethnic minority groups with disabilities in Kashgar, Hainan and other places to promote social integration and national unity.

The Foundation has been honored with numerous awards for its outstanding impact, including the Gold Medal in the first China CiFa Project Competition, and multiple "perfect scores" in the China Foundation Transparency Index. The Foundation's achievements and influence have been widely recognized, and it has established a good image in the field of charity.

04  Introduction by Mr. Zheng Weining

    Mr. Zheng Weining suffers from congenital hemophilia and requires regular blood transfusions to sustain his life. Despite his limited mobility and inability to receive formal education, he used self-study to earn three degrees: Chinese, business management and law. in 1997, he founded Canyou with his meager personal savings and perseverance. Later, he established a charitable foundation, 14 social organizations and more than 40 high-tech social enterprises. 2009, Mr. Zheng Weining donated 90% of his personal shares in Handicapped Friends, 51% of his personal shares in each branch, and the value of the trademarks "Handicapped Friends" and "Zheng Weining" to create the "Handicapped Friends" and "Zheng Weining". He was also selected as one of the 30 Outstanding People of Shenzhen SAR in 30 Years, one of the 100 People Influencing China's Public Welfare in 2015 and the winner of the 2017 China's Best Business Leader Corporate Citizen of the Year Award. Mr. Zheng Weining is not only a famous philanthropist, but also an outstanding social entrepreneur, who has made significant contributions to the society and become a role model admired by the public.

05 High-Tech Employment Training Program for Disabled College Students

    The Canyou Group has noticed that many disabled college students are facing employment problems, and even though they are very good at what they do, various barriers in the society still limit their employment opportunities. In order to help them achieve better employment, the Canyou Group has launched a high-tech employment training program for disabled college students. The program aims to provide all-round employment support so that disabled college students can participate in high-tech industries, enjoy the benefits of social development, and find well-paid positions to improve the well-being of their families.

    The program is supported and guided by the Zheng Weining Charitable Foundation and is open to college students with disabilities nationwide. Applicants are evaluated for three to six months of professional training in software programming, information modeling, and biotechnology. During the training period, recipients will be fully subsidized for food, accommodation, transportation and tuition fees, and receive an additional financial subsidy of approximately RMB 2,300 per month. Upon completion of the training, the recipients will receive a certificate of completion and a letter of recommendation, and can choose to stay and work for the disabled or find a job on their own.

    Up to now seven training sessions have been held, successfully solving the problem of disabled college students looking for work during the epidemic. A total of 212 people have been trained, of which 190 have found stable job opportunities, with an employment conversion rate of 89%. This program has created more job opportunities for disabled college students and helped them realize their employment dreams.
