"From Campus to Career: Professional Transformation" Public Service Disability Empowerment Training Activity

     On August 27th, 2022, Canyou Group invited Wang Yingzhao, a caring volunteer (public welfare lecturer), to carry out the training of "From Campus People to Professionals: Transformation of Professionalism" in the Multi-functional Room of Sharing Building. "Public Welfare Helping Canyou Empowerment Training. This activity was organized by Canyou Group and Zheng Weining Charity Foundation, and co-organized by Canyou Employment Guidance Service Center, Volunteer Association for the Care of Canyou, and Canyou Social Work Service, targeting at new employees of Canyou Group and trainees of the High-tech Employment Training Program for Disabled College Students. Through this public welfare assistance and empowerment training, the new employees of Canyou and the trainees of the program can understand the role change from campus people to workplace people, help them adjust their workplace status, devote themselves to the workplace in a positive state, learn professional work skills, build a bridge for the new employees and trainees to integrate into the workplace, and promote the enhancement of workplace competence and better integration into the society.
      Public welfare lecturer Wang Yingzhao is the National Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security certified senior corporate trainer, China's youth entrepreneurship mentor, MTP, TTT, three force one team building combat experts, Beijing Star Wisdom trainees founding partner, extraordinary wisdom learning (Shenzhen) technology CEO and so on. The "From Campus People to Professionals: Professionalization Transformation" public welfare to help the disabled empowerment training content multi-level, diversified forms of lectures, attracted about forty new employees and trainees of the disabled group to participate in the training, the atmosphere of the activity site is active and rich in excitement.

      Public service lecturer Wang Yingzhao through the workplace growth trilogy, professionalism, professional core training (role change), professional mindset training, professional work skills training (goal management) and other five aspects of the explanation from the campus to the professional: professional transformation. The training process is rich in content and sufficient in cases. Through the mode of explanation, case study and sharing, it guides new employees and trainees to think proactively and helps them explore and improve themselves. The sessions of "I want to tell a story" and "five key phrases for mindset transformation" were well received by new employees and trainees, and the atmosphere was active. Through classroom questions, situation simulation, role-playing and other interactive methods, new employees and trainees were able to deepen their understanding of the transition from campus people to professional people. The program has been well received by the new employees and trainees and has a lively atmosphere.

    During the training process, a number of new employees and trainees used the five mnemonics to compose and share a positive state into the workplace. An employee shared a positive mindset: "Even if I can't speak well, I have to go on stage because I want to improve myself." The training of professionalism, mindset training, goal management and other content to strengthen the new employees and trainees to grasp the practical skills, highlighting the fun and practicality of the course.
