Shenzhen Canyou Group, as a high-tech social welfare enterprise composed entirely of Canyou, has been focusing on IT, 3D and other high-tech fields for 15 years, and has so far provided employment for 3,000 Canyou. In early March 2012, when 3,000 people with disabilities were struggling to cope with their disabilities, Shenzhen Institute of Vocational Technology (SZVT) Electronics and Communication Engineering College took the initiative to donate its high-end network management technology courses to Canyou's Friendship Group free of charge to help the Canyou's cause together with the Canyou. It is understood that the donated courses are CCNA, CCNP and other high-end network technology training courses of Cisco Networking Institute of SZVU, and the Telecommunication School of SZVU sent two gold medal teachers of Cisco Networking Institute to teach for the staffs of Handicapped Friends. The teaching level and experimental hardware conditions of SZVIC in such courses are in the leading position in China. After receiving the complete set of training, the network management technology level of disabled employees can rise to the level of international high-end technical talents. Leaders of SZVT said that it is the common responsibility and obligation of the whole society to promote social welfare and help the disadvantaged groups in the society. Shenzhen Institute of Vocational Technology (SZVT) has its own advantageous resources to provide high-end network technology courses in line with the international technical level, and it just so happens that the disabled employees of Canyou Group need training in this area, so SZVT is duty-bound to offer courses for the disabled employees of Canyou Group to help the disabled realize the noble vision of "Employing one person, stabilizing one family, and stabilizing one party".
