Women's innate kindness, fraternity, and motherhood are naturally compatible with charity. This is my general view.

We can see women's figures everywhere in many public welfare and charitable activities, and women's great love, selfless spirit and style have left a deep impression on society. When it comes to disaster relief and volunteer activities, women are very active.

Taking the development history of Canyou for more than 10 years as an example, female volunteers have performed very outstandingly. Among them, Liao Caimei, who has been serving here since the beginning of Handicapped Friends, is a typical one. She not only does full-time volunteer work by herself, but also organizes a volunteer team to serve handicapped friends, and has been insisting on voluntary service for 12 years so far, and she is a 100-excellent volunteer and five-star volunteer in Shenzhen. In order to better serve the disabled, she first passed the social worker examination, transformed from a volunteer into a social worker, began to specialize in social service work; volunteer sister Wang Lili, formerly the financial director of CITIC, ten years as one day to insist on volunteer services, is the disabled do not get paid for the financial director; the famous "Mercedes-Benz Rose" Tian Ying sister, she cooks for hundreds of disabled employees every day, and is strictly responsible for the service of the disabled. Hundreds of disabled employees cooking every day, strictly abide by the labor discipline of unpaid labor, early morning and late at night, called the insistence of the bystanders is difficult to understand; there are also famous Shenzhen volunteer pepper, barber Zhu Hongxiu, they all play an important role in the development of the Canyou, the common characteristic is that they insist on volunteer services for many years, and use their own strengths to help the disabled. ...... The touching stories of female volunteers are numerous.

In 2010, Zheng Weining Charity Foundation launched the "Bai Qun Plan - Volunteer Growth Program", which mainly supports full-time volunteers with disabilities by providing them with food, accommodation, living subsidies and other support. The project mainly supports full-time volunteers with disabilities by providing them with accommodation, living subsidies, a public welfare platform and opportunities for growth, so that those who aspire to full-time volunteer service can realize their life aspirations. In this program, 90% of the initial 50-odd applicants were women, and the first batch of full-time volunteers were 100% women. In the three months since the program was launched, the humanistic and people-oriented natural concepts that they have shown are really omnipresent. People can feel the passion of women for public welfare and charity.

We have seen almost exclusively female figures in the Shenzhen Care Office and the Charity Association, and the proportion of women in the entire social work sector in Shenzhen is more than seven layers as in Hong Kong. From this, we can see that the proportion of female volunteers for the disabled is not an exception. Of course, volunteers are generally associated with unpaid, women in the field of public welfare and charity to contribute to the enthusiasm of the long, but also with their families to bear the economic pressure is relatively small.
