The rehabilitation service project for the disabled under the assistance program of Disabled Friends

The Disabled Friends Philanthropic Platform remains steadfast in its founding mission to dismantle employment barriers for persons with disabilities. By creating fully accessible work environments, we empower them to realize their full potential, transforming them into the driving force behind our sustainable development. Employees with severe disabilities or critical illnesses, supported by our comprehensive care system, continue making valuable social contributions despite physical challenges.
However, physiological constraints typically result in shorter life expectancies for these employees. Many face premature work incapacity after abbreviated careers. Traditional termination practices would leave them without means for independent survival.
To address this systemic gap, our foundation has launched the Disabled Employee Retirement Benefits Initiative. This program provides essential financial assistance and livelihood security for employees who lose working capacity due to disability/illness before qualifying for standard retirement. It embodies our institutional commitment while solving practical welfare challenges.
More than welfare provisions, this initiative represents our commitment to social equity, reduces governmental burdens, and honors employees' dedication. Through this safety net, we deliver warmth and hope during their most vulnerable transitions, ensuring continued societal support when it matters most.
