The fourth wheelchair out of life wonderful - talk about entrepreneurship, presided over by President Huang Yuhong, invited Mr. Zheng Weining, founder of Shenzhen Zheng Weining Charitable Foundation and Canyou Group and member of the Standing Committee of the Shenzhen Municipal Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference to share with us the initial intention and experience of starting a business and talk about entrepreneurship.
 
This live broadcast is based on the life experience of Mr. Zheng Weining, "The world kisses me with pain, and I will return it with a song", which tells about his extraordinary life experience, including how to bring hope to those who suffer from disabilities, and bring them to a new life. "The original life can not go, then re-exchange a living." Reflecting a piece of rarely noticed areas, reflecting the passion and struggle of the same era. Mr. Zheng Weining said that the congenital severe hemophilia is affected by the family's genetic inheritance, there will be frequent bleeding symptoms, and within half an hour must be sent to the hospital for treatment, otherwise it will be life-threatening. In order to reduce the probability of bleeding, Mr. Zheng Weining before the age of 13 are to a short time crawling life.

"In the early 1990s, in order to be able to safely transfuse fresh plasma containing clotting factors, my parents took me to Shenzhen, the only southern country that practiced voluntary blood donation at the time. At that time, Shenzhen was running along a brand-new track, everywhere vibrant, a strong contrast with my own life, although I could barely walk with the help of a wheelchair, but the direction of the future is still confused, and I have attempted to commit suicide three times. How can I survive and not add burden to my family? Taking the first step has become a problem that I think about over and over again every day."

In order to ease Mr. Zheng Weining's state of mind, his family took him out to participate in activities from time to time, until a speech by the vice president of Nokia in 1997 brought Mr. Zheng Weining into the world of the Internet, and the convenience of the Internet and information technology appealed to him, pointing out the direction for his life. "When God closes a door for you, he opens a window for you, and the Internet is the window that belongs to the Canyou looking to the outside world. When there was no Internet, people drifted on the sea of knowledge. In the age of information explosion, the ocean of knowledge flows by everyone's side." This gives people with disabilities the opportunity to relate to the outside world as well as to learn. It was then that Mr. Zheng Weining came up with the idea of creating "Canyou", and so five Canyou joined together to set up an entrepreneurial base camp at home.

During the conversation, Mr. Zheng Weining explained the development history of the Handicapped Friends Group and the Shenzhen Zheng Weining Charitable Foundation through one case. From scratch to the development of the course of vividly explain the rise of a winding, inspirational entrepreneurs. Mr. Zheng Weining said that 20 years ago, the five-member workshop that operated typing and copying and webpage production has become a large-scale public welfare social enterprise platform with one charitable foundation, 14 social organizations and more than 40 high-tech social enterprises. Mr. Zheng Weining said, under the banner of Canyou, there are two other New Third Board listed companies (Canyou Software and Canyou E-commerce), which have been awarded the Carnegie Corporation of America's World Software Maturity CMMI5 certification, the UK's 2012 International Social Enterprise Award, and the Ministry of Science and Technology's Dual-soft recognition, and have solved the employment problem of more than 5,000 disabled employees. He said, "Living in an era where technology is changing the future has given people with disabilities a record of creating miracles. Although Canyou Software is 95% disabled, it was the first to take the Shenzhen Level 5 software certification. It comes down to the fact that people with disabilities do not have the right to choose from a number of industries like the able-bodied, and the mouse and keyboard are the only things we can operate, extraordinarily cherishing the opportunity to work."
 
In the topic of entrepreneurship, Mr. Zheng Wei Ning used the words "respecting the sky, loving people, and being altruistic" to summarize the true meaning of his business practice. He said, "All my life is a chess game that can't be finished, and I'll do what I want to do while I'm playing." The entrepreneurial spirit is the key to the sustainable development of an enterprise, regardless of the size of the enterprise, to practice the true knowledge, control the first-hand market information. Next is the enterprise management system, the essence of management is differentiated competition, any good management can inject revenue into the enterprise. Then the entrepreneur to have a sense of social responsibility, any business is a practice, is to amplify the entrepreneurial responsibility.

Huang Yuhong, President in Residence, expressed his admiration for Mr. Zheng Weining's entrepreneurial story of not forgetting the original intention and moving forward, as well as the spirit of giving back to the community, and that Mr. Zheng Weining has a strong charisma, as a bright light, illuminating the disabled's hope for the future.
