On June 9, 2023, the Barrier-Free City Construction Handshake activity joined hands with Shenzhen Weining Charity Foundation, a member of Barrier-Free City Association, to record and share their daily barrier-free travel, living and working scenes through the perspective and experience of people with disabilities by "friends with disabilities", to promote the attention of the society to the issue of accessibility, and to urge the relevant parties to step up their efforts to create a more inclusive environment for people with disabilities. This is to promote social awareness of accessibility issues and to encourage related parties to step up their efforts to create a more inclusive and equal barrier-free city.

I. Accessible Handheld Photography Training Program

This event provided a "professional" training for the volunteers who participated in the Handyman activities. The training was divided into two parts:

(1) Popularization of the types and standards of barrier-free facilities;

(2) Explain the specific requirements and precautions for shooting.  

Volunteers in the shared building around 1 kilometer on its barrier-free facilities to take pictures and shooting practice shooting, we encountered in the actual travel in the barrier-free facilities are standardized, reasonable and so on the content of the photo real-time uploaded to the hand shot small program.

The "Canyou" actively participated in the public welfare activity of barrier-free handheld shooting, and shared their own personal experience in the activity and the details of the problems they found were recorded with the camera and uploaded to the handheld shooting app. The enthusiasm and public spirit of the "Canyou" is worthy of praise.

Zheng Weining Charitable Foundation was founded by Mr. Zheng Weining, who is suffering from severe hemophilia, with donations. The foundation actively integrates charitable resources, focuses on and actively explores, under the support of standardized and professional social services, builds a diversified practical training platform, promotes the employment of Canyou with the help of modern science and technology self-supporting, to achieve "employment of a person, a happy family, and stability of a party", and even farther to Kashgar, Hainan, to help ethnic minority groups of the disabled, and to promote the integration of the society. The company has also been promoting social integration and national unity by assisting ethnic minority groups with disabilities in Kashgar and Hainan.

Zheng Weining Charitable Foundation is currently carrying out the Canyou - D'Aijia public welfare coffee project, for the disabled employees of the Lotus North site and Lotus North around the cleaners, security guards, the elderly aged 60 and above, patrols of the public security police and other groups to provide free coffee.
