Canyou Dormitory Service (standardized social service for people with disabilities) is a standardized social service for people with disabilities which is organized by Shenzhen Canyou Social Workers Service Society, Shenzhen Canyou Group Holding Company Limited, Shenzhen Zheng Weining Charity Foundation, and undertaken by Shenzhen Luohu Weining Community Service Center and Shenzhen Canyou Social Workers Service Society. The standardized social services for people with disabilities are introduced in the "16 International Quality Standards for Social Services". The Canyou Social Worker Service Society researches and analyzes the needs of people with disabilities, designs professional service contents, and is implemented and evaluated by the Luohu Weining Community Service Center. The services include food, accommodation, transportation, laundry and Employee Assistance Program (EAP) for the disabled. Currently, the Canyou Group is piloting this program, which has solved the problem of accessibility for the disabled employees of the Canyou Group.
