Zheng Weining, born in 1955, is a native of Dalian, Liaoning Province. He has suffered from severe hemophilia since childhood and has relied on blood transfusions to sustain his life. At the end of the last century, he and his five Canyou founded the Shenzhen Canyou Group Company Limited and the Canyou Foundation. More than 90% of the 5,000 employees of Canyou Group are college students with disabilities.

I have a congenital hereditary severe hemophilia, resulting in the atrophy of my legs, and I could only sit on the ground and crawl until I was 13 years old. In 1997, with five Canyou, I founded "Canyou" in Shenzhen, and struggled hard for 20 years without borrowing a penny of bank loans or government subsidies to develop Canyou into a group of companies with 14 social organizations and 40 social enterprises. The company has become the only modernized high-tech enterprise managed by people with disabilities in the world.

In 2012, I said in a speech at Harvard University, the world's economic development for thousands of years of labor is exchanged for physical strength, but to the Internet era, labor has become a move the mouse, touch the keyboard, you can create a A great deal of value can be created. The Internet economy produces non-physical labor, so that this huge group of people with disabilities can integrate into mainstream society with dignity. Social enterprises use commercial means to solve social problems, and for us, it is to solve the employment of people with disabilities with high-tech means. High-tech brain labor, Canyou sitting in front of the computer can be completed, which has been tested by the market.

The relatives of a war veteran in Ningxia have been suffering from disabilities and have not been able to make ends meet. After becoming our enterprise "cloud customer service" monthly income of more than five thousand, in the local belong to the middle income. All the money earned by Canyou Group is used to recruit disabled employees and no profit is left. We will never put profit maximization in the first place. It is our lifelong mission and responsibility to help more Canyou change their destiny and have the same wonderful life.
