On March 25, 2016 JPMorgan Chase Group formally launched a charitable donation campaign with Zheng Weining Charitable Foundation at Canyou Group's Wutongshan e-Good Services Base to support the Foundation's "One Hundred City Ten Thousand People "The program aims to help people with disabilities create new employment opportunities in the era of e-commerce. It has been widely recognized nationwide and listed as a new model of accurate poverty alleviation for special groups of people with disabilities by many provinces and regions.

      According to the plan, the "Hundred Cities and Ten Thousand People" cloud customer service project will provide nearly 3,600 people with disabilities with customer service skills, including product consulting in 12 months, Product sales, after-sales service and review of uploaded images and other e-commerce labor market skills are urgently needed, and ultimately help these trainees in the field of remote employment.

     According to the project plan, Alibaba will provide qualified trainees in the cloud customer service program with public service positions in product consulting, product sales and after-sales service. Alibaba said, "We are very hopeful that the program will provide better services and more employment opportunities for more Canyou with the joint help of JP Morgan."
