JPMorgan Chase Helps China's Employment Program for People with Disabilities

On the occasion of the International Day of Canyous (Rehabilitation) on December 3, JPMorgan Chase officially announced the launch of the "100 cities and 10,000 people" cloud customer service public welfare project for people with disabilities by the Zheng Weining Charitable Foundation.

The "One Hundred Cities, Ten Thousand People" Cloud Customer Service Public Welfare Project for the Disabled is a remote work position for the disabled group, which is intended to enable Canyou who cannot go out to work to complete the IT giant's remote outsourcing work through the Internet, helping them to obtain a stable income, realize the value of their lives, improve the quality of life, and then reach the disabled, especially those with severe disabilities. The goal of this program is to help people with disabilities, especially those with severe disabilities, achieve the public welfare goals of network employment, remote employment, and home-based employment.

These are the main reasons why the company is so important to us.

It is understood that the project monthly training 200-300 disabled trainees, it is expected that more than 90% of the trainees will be able to get through the project in the e-commerce industry labor market much-needed skills and employment opportunities. The training focuses on customer service skills, including product consultation, product sales, after-sales service and reviewing uploaded images.  

In the coming year, J.P. Morgan's funding will enable people with disabilities from all over the country to obtain stable telework employment opportunities, which will serve as an effective example to promote innovation and change in China's employment of people with disabilities.
