Since the signing of the "Caring for the disabled, starting from the teeth" project service agreement with Honghe Dental, as of December 31, 2014, the disabled group employees have been to Honghe Dental to accept the service (the number of people going to the clinic is not large, on the one hand, because it can only be (The number of visits is not large, on the one hand, because the number of visits can only be made during working days, and on the other hand, because people generally do not have the awareness of dental protection), of which 24 are disabled employees, 11 are able-bodied employees belonging to Friends with Disabilities, and 1 is a family member of a friend with disabilities; of which 20 are from the headquarter, 4 are from Wutongshan, and 12 are from Liantang, and 27 have filled out feedback questionnaires, with the specific contents of the report as follows:
I. Gender ratio
The ratio of men to women is 25/11, in which 25 male employees participate and 11 female employees participate, which on the one hand shows that the disabled friend group's male employees are predominant, and on the other hand also shows that there are more dental health problems in males due to smoking, drinking and so on, and thus we can vigorously explore the male customer base.
Age Group
20-30 years old interval of 30 employees, 30-40 years old interval of 6 employees, which can be illustrated both the handicapped friend of the staff tends to be younger, but also shows that more and more young people are beginning to pay attention to their own dental health care function, and thus can be aimed at the youth group to do more publicity work, so as to attract more potential customer base.
Third, the reason for visiting the clinicIn terms of specific reasons for consultation, 30 of them are scaling, only 6 people are diagnosis and treatment of teeth (male to female ratio of 2:1), which shows that people are more and more concerned about their own dental aesthetics and health care functions, diagnosis and treatment of dental disorders of the proportion of men and women also shows that men are more likely to have dental problems than women.
Feedback
(I) Satisfaction
1, according to the feedback form and interviews, 100% of the staff are satisfied with this program, and generally responded to the enthusiasm of the dental hospital staff, attentive service, excellent skills, and in the work of dental health care are provided targeted advice;
2, through personal participation in the project, learned more about dental health care knowledge, recognized the importance of dental health care, and know how to maintain dental health in the future life;
3, for those disabled employees with limited mobility, the hospital staff will help lift the wheelchair, making people feel very warm, and solving the problem of inconvenient travel for employees with severe disabilities.
(ii) Shortcomings
In terms of store information, the Foundation's staff should step on the spot in advance to confirm whether there are barrier-free facilities and inform the disabled employees, because some stores have very high steps, which are not convenient for the severely disabled to enter and exit.
(iii) Expectations
As most of the current employees do not have the awareness of dental protection, I hope to invite dental experts to the handicapped to open a special dental health care publicity activities, so that more employees can be aware of the main nature of the protection of the teeth; or the site to start a dental diagnostic activities, so that employees are aware of their own dental problems, so that they can be able to timely consultation.
