On the morning of March 10th, 2014, Chen Liting, a project officer of the Social Welfare Foundation, and Xu Shaofang, a project officer of the Capacity Building and Evaluation Center of Bioenergy Organization, paid a return visit to the project of "Incubation of Social Enterprises for Friends with Disabilities". The project won the Gold Award in the Implementation Category of the 2012 First Charity Project Competition.
