Public welfare and charity were the business of a few before, and those who were willing to do this work were praised by the world. At that time, those who did public welfare and charity were also low-key, poor and lonely, which was in line with people's expectations.
After 2008, public welfare and charity suddenly became fashionable and even trendy, from business, enterprise, government, school, civil like cattle hair emerged many public welfare people and public welfare organizations, I don't know when I found that many of the old public welfare people have been drowned by the trend, rushed to the tip of the wind and waves of the elites and young students. They bring their theories, doctrines, global vision and civic ideals to actively express their views. Initially, I was excited by this trend, and obviously found myself ignorant and outdated, and desperately trying to learn, trying to bridge the gap, at least to understand what people are saying and doing, and to see what I can really do in this trend, as long as I can provide a little bit of real help for the disadvantaged groups that I am familiar with, that's very good too. I'm not sure if I'm going to be able to do that.
Slowly, I realized that the hustle and bustle is full of various voices: the combination of public welfare and business, the combination of public welfare and the rich and famous, the new concept of public welfare, new fields, new exploration. In recent years, it is found that the most expected is the social enterprise, the so-called business means to solve social problems, which is a brand new concept of public welfare, and if the exploration is successful, it will become a new public welfare with internal power for sustainable development. In this regard, the exploration of Canyou Group has been recognized, which not only realizes high-end employment and stratified employment for the disadvantaged groups, but also helps the disabled to realize a dignified and valuable existence, and to have equal opportunities for development in the new economic era; it also establishes a trinity mode of synergy with the foundation as the leader, together with the social enterprises and public welfare organizations. Other than that, there are very few real social enterprises in China. . With the understanding of social enterprises, my understanding of public welfare has also been updated and developed, when people clearly understand that the government can not replace social organizations, social work is based on the government and enterprises outside the third force, the arrival of the new public welfare is the inevitable development of the times. Instead of silence, there should be noise, instead of being alone, there should be many, instead of being hidden, there should be openness.When more and more social elites and young students pay attention to social issues, they will pour into public welfare and become a huge driving force in the public welfare sector, and a new public welfare will surely follow.
Compared to the silence of the past, the hustle and bustle also means that more people are paying attention to it, and all the trends are muddy, and the truly vital public welfare organizations will also stand out from the rest of the crowd. .
