Liu Navy, Vice President of Zheng Weining Charity Foundation, brought 20 public welfare interns to participate in the "Shenzhen Third Public Welfare Project Competition Launching Ceremony" which was held on July 9, 2011 at the Pingshan Gymnasium. There were two parts to the ceremony: leadership speeches and a three-kilometer public service run. After listening to the speeches of Shenzhen leaders at all levels, the Foundation's interns followed the other teams in a three-kilometer public service run around the stadium.
