On the morning of August 17, 2011, when the 26th World University Games was held in Shenzhen, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region Administration for Industry and Commerce (AIC) sent a team of 28 representatives from AIC and enterprises to visit the headquarters of Handicapped Friends Group, which is located in Futian District of Shenzhen. After introducing Handicapped Friends Group, Mr. Liu also highlighted to the delegation Handicapped Friends' Xinjiang Kashgar aid project. Mr. Liu mentioned that the Canyou plan to solve the employment of disadvantaged groups in Xinjiang on a large scale by means of social enterprises and stabilize the most difficult groups. By 2015, the Canyou social enterprises will be established in the main districts and counties of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, and basically build an employment network for disadvantaged groups in the whole Xinjiang, and then complete the employment of disadvantaged groups in the whole Xinjiang in 2020, so that the Canyou social enterprises in Xinjiang will become a model project that focuses on building an international society, social livelihoods and national unity. By 2020, we will complete the employment coverage of disadvantaged groups in Xinjiang, and make Xinjiang social enterprises for the disabled a model project for internationalization, social livelihood and national unity, and a happy project in Xinjiang that can be visited by domestic and foreign VIPs and media reporters.

Delegation members expressed that: the development model of Canyou relying on high technology to realize strong employment for the disabled is worth learning, and the spirit of Canyou' caring for the disabled of the Uyghur people in Xinjiang is worth carrying forward. The leaders of Xinjiang Bureau of Industry and Commerce and entrepreneurs in Xinjiang are looking forward to the cooperation with Canyou in Xinjiang, and some entrepreneurs requested to discuss the cooperation with Canyou Group, and two entrepreneurs discussed the cooperation projects with Canyou Software and Canyou Animation Company and signed a major cooperation contract.
