On October 24th, 2011, the foundation management team attended the training course for foundation directors organized by Shenzhen Civil Organization Administration and hosted by Enpai. They studied "Public Welfare and Foundations" by Prof. Tao Chuanjin from North Normal University, "Guidelines on Operation Behavior of Foundations in Guangdong Province" by Mr. Wang Shiguo, Deputy Director of Guangdong Civil Affairs Bureau, "Asset Management of Foundations" by Prof. Huang Zhen from Central University of Finance and Economics, and "Experiences of Overseas Foundations" by Secretary General of CICCI, Mr. Huang Hao Ming.
