On October 23rd, Mrs. Sumeeta Chandavakar, Consul of the Consulate General of Canada in Guangzhou, accompanied by the Secretary General Mr. Liu Navy, paid a visit to the Foundation and the headquarters of Handicapped Friends. They had a comprehensive understanding of the culture of Handicapped Friends and the cause of Handicapped Friends, and took a group photo with Secretary General Liu Navy and Christine, a British volunteer of Handicapped Friends.
